A provider enquiry uses the contact fields displayed in the form, your explicit consent, language and page/source context. The service checks geographic and source availability before permitting an enquiry. The selected recipient comes from a network and can vary; it is not necessarily associated with Model Maxalt Opt.

Opening the form or entering only some details does not automatically send a contact request. Submission requires the completed form and the displayed consent. A receiving company may contact you and process the information under its own privacy policy.

The browser’s session storage remembers the first visit source, whether an invitation was dismissed and an identifier used to prevent duplicate submissions. The service records processing status and consent information to handle the request and possible retries.

Submitted requests may be held in encrypted recovery records for up to 30 days to investigate failed delivery and handle controlled retries. These records include contact details, consent and technical context such as the original IP address and visit source.

A newsletter offered where provider contact is unavailable is a separate choice. It uses the name and email supplied for that subscription. Newsletter consent is not consent to a provider contact request. Newsletter messages include an unsubscribe option.

No dedicated privacy request address is published here. The commercial enquiry form is not a privacy mailbox. Ask any company receiving your details for its identity, privacy policy and route for exercising applicable rights. Do not submit passwords, payment information or identity documents through the enquiry.
